Blue Jay Mugs

$22.00

Designs in blue, inspired by tiny colorful feathers found hiking, once upon a time in Sardinia. These mugs are small-ish in size, perfect for serving guests, or if you’re like me and you like just a small cup of coffee. Approx. 3" diameter and 2.5" tall.

The Eurasian Jay (Garrulus glandarius) and the American BlueJay (Cyanocita cristata) are related and included in the crow (Corvid) family of birds. Actually quite shy, they are common in many areas. I enjoy spotting them when I visit family in Kansas, where they are the mascot of the local school. (Sabetha Bluejays)

Euro or American, I'm delighted with their feathers. Nature is so stylish!
